Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a non-invasive, advanced skin treatment that uses light energy to target specific skin concerns without damaging the surrounding tissue. IPL is effective in treating rosacea and facial redness, sun damage/pigmentation, broken capillaries, and occasionally acne and improving overall skin tone, texture, and radiance. By delivering pulses of light deep into the skin, IPL stimulates collagen production and encourages cellular renewal, resulting in a clearer, more even complexion over time.
Proper preparation and aftercare are essential to ensure the safety and effectiveness of your IPL treatment. Avoiding sun exposure, using the right skincare, and following all pre- and post-treatment guidelines will help reduce the risk of complications and enhance your results. Your clinician will guide you through every step to ensure your skin is fully supported before, during, and after your treatment.
